Web security is paramount to our business. All payment details are handled by our Credit Card Service Provider using the industry's best security standards. Your name, personal information and credit card details will NEVER be stored on the Internet with our system. We also employ the latest technology on the site to protect you from unauthorised use of the information you are sending to the server.

For additional security protection, customers are required to submit the Verified Security Codefor credit card payments.

We take the security issue very seriously. Our retail system is based on the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standard. Provided you are using an SSL-compliant browser such as Netscape's Navigator or Microsoft's Internet Explorer, you'll be able to conduct end-to-end encrypted transactions without fear of an intermediary obtaining your credit card information.

Payment Fraud

Payment frauds and identity theft are serious concerns for a lot of shoppers, which is why our staff are well trained to identify fraudulent payments and suspicious orders so that your peace of mind is assured at all times.

We also take a very strong stance against those who attempt this crime with us. We will forward any evidence we have on fraudulent payments, etc. to relevant law enforcement organizations and have successfully prosecuted many fraudsters.

3D secure

We use 3D secure for all card payments. The basic concept of the protocol is to tie the financial authorization process with an online authentication.
A Card payment will initiate a redirect to the website of the card issuing bank to authorize the transaction. Each issuer could use any kind of authentication method but typically, a password-based method is used, so to effectively buy on the Internet means using a secret password tied to the card.
The Verified by Visa protocol recommends the bank's verification page to load in an inline frame session. In this way, the bank's systems can be held responsible for most security breaches.
If you don't use the 3D secure and you pay with for example an UK card in Afrika ( we check your IP computer address) we presume that the card owner has lost his card ( stolen,….). And that card is used with fraudulent reasons.
We reject the payment and ask you to make a bank transfer or a new order with the correct 3D.

The credit cards Security Code (CID or CVV2)

For most credit cards, the security code is also called as Card Identification Data (CID) and Card Verification Value (CVV).

The security code is normally the last few digits number following the account number as shown on the specific area of the credit card (See below samples for your reference).
We also call the security code as:
Visa / Master / Others - CVV2, 3-digits, back of the card
American Express - Manual CID, 4-digits, front of the card

Security Code / CVV2 are compulsory if you shop with us by using a credit card. Card payments without the correct CVV2 will be rejected.

Visa

We will accept Visa for payment.
After you finished your order the server will send you to the Ogone website. All invoice information is already filled in you just need to enter your card details.

Maestro

Voor Belgische klanten hebben we een betaling via uw gewone bankkaart Maestro.
Na het vervolledigen van uw bestelling linken wij u door naar Ogone ( Atos, bankcontact) waar u enkel uw kaart gegevens moet invullen.


Pour des Belges nous accepterons Maestro pour le paiement. Après finire votre ordre que le serveur vous enverra au site Web d'Ogone. Toute l'information de la facture est déjà complété il faut juste d'écrire vos détails de carte.
