How can i place an order at varta microbattery
Go to the site varta-microbattery.be
Hit "Batteries by Technology" choose the correct Technology and the battery Type No.
In the row from the battery type you need you can see "Technical Drawing Photo of Article" . click on this.
A new table opens with on the complete right side "Offered by Distributor " and a shopping cart.
Hit the correct cart next to the battery you want.
Select the country Belgium or Luxembourg and click on the tab " order " below the text Order link.

Hit on the correct battery order number and continue as on a normal order.

What is the transport price for my order?
Place desired Articles in your shopping cart and go to the checkout.
You're asked for your address and country. No data is sent to us at this point.
You get a new screen with "Shipping And Handling", select the transport method with the correct price.
To continue shopping, click simply on a product, product section or view cart.
DON'T WORRY
Your order is only transmitted after payment and the button" confirm order".
The prices are an average, sometimes we pay more than what you pay, sometimes it is less. It depends on the postal intendant.

What is the transport delay ?

3D secure payments
3D secure payments is the same as entering your password code into a payment terminal. In this case we redirect you to your bank who will ask on their turn for your password. So your bank will tell us that you are the correct card owner. Then we will accept your payment.

How to track your truck delivery from GLS
On our website Click on "Track your delivery " under " store information" on your left side.
A screen will appear , click on TRACK NOW ! under the GLS section.
An app opens where you enter the tracking code like "265897563215 " next to the search. Click on the small yellow round button right to the code you entered.
A Full review should appear on your screen.

How to track your postal delivery.
On our website Click on "Track your delivery " under " store information" on your left side.
A screen will appear , click on TRACK NOW ! under the BPOST De post section.
Standard Postal, confirmed Postal and Track Postal are transported with De Post ( new BPOST).

To have a correct delivery date you can contact your own postal office in your city, +/- 3 days after this mail was send.( weekends not included)
They are able to track your delivery with the FULL RA number written above.
Terrorist attacks and high winter conditions :
We noticed a delay in transport due to customs triple check in Europe. To some countries like Italy and Spain it can take 10 days for your pack to arrive.

Track Postal and confirmed postal :
Under " select the type of item" select " RECOMMANDE INTERNAT. SORTANT" for not Belgian deliveries. Select " RECOMMANDE NATIONAL" for deliveries within Belgium.
Take your code "RA xxx xxxxx x BE " and enter it next to the text " Enter the barcode" and press the "Add" button.
Your code will appear in the box on your left. Click on the" Search" button right to the Delete button.
( it may be necessary to shift the page a little to the right with the bar.)
A Full review should appear on your screen.

How can i order batteries as a Belgian client without bebat ( for export)?
How can i order batteries as a Belgian client without bebat ( for export)?
Belgian costumers require to pay 0.5 euro (+vat) for environmental tax for every battery. And in addition a tax for torches ( flashlights).
Consequently a federation ( BEBAT) is founded with a purpose of recycling the products, hereby decreasing the price to 0.1239 euro ( +vat) for a battery.
However when the battery is exported or declared by the client himself they can buy without the BEBAT fee.
To do so you need to incorporate a statement with your order. We prepared a fill-in statement for you.
Be aware a " 75% for export " is NOT ALLOWED. For such situations you can make orders with and without export exception.
