Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard and paypal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, exept for products which are custom made or custom special ordered ( Grey or red color). Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may by normal banktransfer ( iban bicc). Payment cost for buyer. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Price on internet ONLY apply to online orders, these are automated. Shipping And Handling
We handel our deliveries according to the EXW Gent ( ex work) INCOTERMS 2010 by ICC. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by a delivery company or proof of send by the postaloffice ( for standard Charge NO TRACKING ) is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been completely received undamaged. Please take note: "Standard Charge, no tracking" is a normal postal delivery without tracking option or paperwork . This deliver can take very long depending on the postal service in your country. Therefore we take NO responsibility for this service there is NO REFUND for it. We strongly advice NOT to take this option and use the " Truck transport or Confirmed Postal delivery " instead. Expired deliveries: Confirmed postal deliveries are delivered by your postal office. If you are not at home they will leave a paper to inform you or they will try again sometime later. If you do not react the pack will be send back to us after a certain time ( depending your country regulations). Truck deliveries are done by truck, when you are not at home , they will leave a paper to contact them for a second delivery. If you do not react the pack will be send back to us after a certain time ( depending your country regulations). Use your tracking code to check when it will be delivered ( contact the company (postal office or truck) to arrange a second delivery). You agree that proof of rejection or expired supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been rejected or delivery was impossible on your side . “Waste batteries may not be disposed as mixed municipal waste in your waste disposal or recycling bin. You should bring waste batteries to a collection point (for instance in your local store). You can also deliver the waste batteries to Microbatteryshop-Batteries De Munter, who will take care for further collection and recycling, free of charge.” |

Delivery Schedule
If the parts are on stock ( green box) or we have enough parts for your delivery ( Orange Box) we send your order right away with postal office or every Friday with truck. If parts need to be ordered for you we will send you a special mail with the expected delay. Transport with truck ( is secure and has online tracking) takes between 2 days for deliveries close to Belgium to 6 days for not EU countries. Postal deliveries take approx. 2 or 3 days to arrive in Holland, Germany and France , 1 day for Belgium ( when ordered in a workweek ). Postal orders to south Europe can take 15 days. Transport can be delayed without our knowledge due to :Terrorist attacks, high winter conditions, Customs control, strikes, Volcanic activity,.. Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. No Goods may be returned to the Company unless the Customer has first obtained from the Company a returns authorisation number ('RAN'). All Goods are returned at the Customer's risk and expense and should be undamaged by the Customer and in their original packaging. The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to the Company and for providing proof of delivery of such return. Goods that are specially constructed or contain any of the hazardous substances may not be returned, unless they are falsely deliverd by our mistake . If Any goods in blister or 'peel' packs in which they are supplied have been opened, tampered with or damaged,may not be returned. For Stock products you are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days after arrival of the goods in good, unopend, unused condition. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
